Hello there! Today was a great day to see and learn a new technique. I don’t know what it is officially called so I will just say it is a Quilted Strip card! LOL. If you know, let me know. If you are new to my blog – Welcome – and if not, welcome back!
I am using the Textured Notes stamp set and die set. This is an On Line Exclusive product and it is fabulous. Add touches of nature to your handmade cards with the Textured Notes Stamp Set. This stamp set features highly detailed stamp images of woven textures and leaves that will bring a botanical feel to your crafts! The included sentiments are in a dainty script that pairs beautifully with the organic image stamps.
This is a Distinktive stamp set; it has a special texture that gives added depth and dimension in a single step, creating photo-realistic images.
I also have a YouTube video showing you how I made this card. Link is below.

Above, I used the coordinating paper in this suite of products. it is called Woven Textures Designer Series Paper. Love the different patterns and it is so versatile! Love the card, but I wanted to make a Spring Colors card. So I pulled out the Perennial Lavender Designer Series paper to make this beauty.

To get started, you will need 3/4″ strips of your favorite patterned paper, adhesive and a Thick Basic White card base. Watch the video for How To. Let me know what you think.
